Ms. Marlene M. McGrath has been a Senior Vice President of Human Resources at 3M Company since April 2012. Ms. McGrath served as an Interim General Counsel of 3M Company until October 2012. 

 

When McGrath became 3M's vice president of human resource in 2006, her first move was to hit the road. Marlene travelled to more than 30 countries around the world, a fraction of where 3M operates, and learned a lot in the process. That philosophy, coupled with being a lifeling "people person"- has honed Marlene's focus on employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development in her current role as senior vice president, human resources.
